I am an attorney with a practice in the Greater Danbury Connecticut area, including Bethel, Ridgefield, Redding, Newtown, Danbury, Brookfield, Wilton, Southbury, Middlebury and Waterbury. As I appreciate the time constraints of my clients, I make myself available to make "house calls" to residences or places of business. I have been practicing law for thirty years and the bottom line is I really enjoy working with and advocating for my clients. Not surprisingly the firm is heavily customer service oriented. We communicate early and often, advise what to anticipate and time sequence to avoid unwelcome surprises, and provide individualized attention since no one transaction (or client) is exactly like another. As a result returning clients and referrals constitute the great majority of the firm’s business. My work involves helping people with real estate transactions for their homes and businesses, purchases, sales, refinances and problems involving title issues and disputes. I work closely with buyers, sellers, lenders and real estate brokers to help my clients navigate the process and to have a positive, hassle-free experience.
